The innovative heating base stays cool to the touch, and a safety light indicates when the pot is on, while rubber feet keep it steady and in place on your counter. Powered by a standard 120-volt cord with a polarized plug, the melting pot comes with complete instructions for use.

To use the Wilton Candy Melting Pot, simply wash the removable silicone pot before and after each use, ensuring it is completely dry before adding candy. Place the silicone pot in the heating base and turn the switch to "Melt" for 5 minutes to preheat. Use Wilton Candy Melts candy or chop melting chocolate into small pieces, and use smaller amounts for faster melting. Stir the candy occasionally until it is completely melted, and add more if desired, up to the MAX FILL line. When the candy is fully melted, move the switch to "Warm" to keep it fluid. If the candy begins to cool and thicken, switch back to "Melt."

When you're finished, switch the pot to "Off" and let it cool before cleaning. The removable silicone insert is dishwasher safe, and the outside of the Wilton chocolate melting pot can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
